Shipping & Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.

Return a Purchase

You can return purchases by mail by sending an email to [email protected] Include your name, address and order number. You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.

Returns & Exchanges by Email

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order will be a flat rate. Before the final checkout you will be shown what the cost of the shipping will be before purchasing the products.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the second shipment.

Delta-8 Shipping Policy

Aho Market Place obtains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
